ARK CREW

As an Ark Crew, the bulk of your time spent will be facing our esteem members. You role is to be in charge of translating external brand image to customers through their services, and going above and beyond to make them feel warm and valued.

Responsibilities include:

  • Familiarising all CRM systems in place.
  • Address any concerns or issues faced by members by providing proper solutions. 
  • Ensure the gym is always operationally ready. Should there be a need to step in for maintenance, initiative should be taken by Ark Crew to step in.
  • From time to time, conduct events to strengthen the Ark Community.

Outstanding employees may be promoted to Senior Ark Crew and eventually Ark Team Leader of the outlet and in future of a district of outlets.

Requirements: 

  • No experience is required. Experience in customer service will be advantageous.
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Quick learner and a good team player.
  • A keen sense of observation and pro-activeness.

ARK TEAM LEADER

As an Ark Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the Ark Crew and Senior Ark Crew of various outlets, strengthening the Ark Community, thereby boosting overall revenue and brand image.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Taking initiative and steps to keep the Ark Community within their district lively, friendly and close-knit. This could include small perks or events during special occasions. 
  • Provide actionable solutions to improve customer experience, taking into consideration overall business direction, goals and revenue.
  • Ensure communication between Crew, Community and key stakeholders is clear. 
  • Together with HR, ensure that Ark Crews are at top condition, provide timely feedback about notable performance, and suggest opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or related scope is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and initiative.
  • A passion to help others

MARKETING & BRANDING EXECUTIVE

You will be responsible for ensuring that the consistency in the messaging and visuals of our brand is maintained through all online and offline platforms. These efforts should ultimately drive sales and growth in the business. 

Marketing

  • Ideating and developing key marketing messages, campaigns, and content across multiple channels, streamlining communications on online and offline platforms
  • Producing and designing marketing collaterals on both print and digital platforms
  • Acquiring leads and maintaining membership channels through digital platforms, nurturing existing leads through community engagement and expanding on the brand loyalty programme
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events according to the marketing calendar
  • Coordinating photo shoots for events and marketing campaigns

Customer Service

  • Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
  • Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
  • Ensuring the upkeep of cleanliness within the gym

We’re looking for team players with:

  • Diploma and higher, experience in marketing will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with using basic design tools (eg. Canva) and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with graphic design is a plus
  • Positive attitude in learning and strong initiative
