It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the permanent closure of our West Coast Outlet, located at 2 Clementi West Street 2, #03-01 West Coast Community Club, Singapore 129605.
We understand that this news may come as a surprise to our valued customers and dedicated team members, and we want to take this opportunity to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
This decision was not made lightly, and it comes after careful consideration of various factors, including the changing retail landscape, economic challenges, and the ongoing pressures we are facing from multiple sources. We have explored every possible avenue to sustain the operations of our West Coast Outlet, but regrettably, we are left with no alternative but to close its doors permanently.
We understand that this closure may be disappointing to our loyal customers, and we deeply appreciate the trust and support you have shown us over the years. Your patronage has been an essential part of our journey, and we want to assure you that it was a privilege to serve you. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this decision may cause you.
The final day of operation for the West Coast Outlet will be on 30 November 2023. Until then, we remain fully committed to serving our customers to the best of our ability.
We will be reaching out to you separately regarding your membership termination options such as refunds and transfer of credit.
